I almost went to Bulgaria with Ilko

He is known as a very good movie editor

I worked for free on a few documenturies with him

Never heard of him. Bulgaria is not so big, but 6 millions and I think he is about 10-15 years older than me. In which year he tryed to escape from Bulgaria? I imagine before 1989.
