I have inherited a kit (in a beautiful wooden box) as follows:
- Linhof Technika serial 25889, on the accessory shoe. it also says DBP and APa on two corners
- super angulon 1:8/121
- Symmar 1:5,6/210 1:12/370
- carl zeiss Biogon 1:4,5 f=53mm
- carl zeiss Sonnar 1:4,8 f=180mm
- negative holders saying '13x18' on them

Questions:
1. what is the exact model and year of the camera?
2. was this sold as a standard kit from the beginning?

25889 was a Technika IV 5x7 made in 1962 or 63.

It is doubtful that it is a factory kit since the 53mm won't cover 5x7 and the factory normally sold a Zeiss kit or a Schneider kit or a Rodenstock kit but not a mixed kit. The selling dealer may have put this one together. Also, if this was a factory kit those film holders would probably have the Linhof name on them.

Also, is it possible to buy leather strap and put it back on in place of the anatomical grip?

Yes you can order the strap and its required plate and screws from Nippon Photo Clinic in NYC.
