Thanks for the offer, lm not in town much lately. Marc gave me a good run down on the changes and l have seen his. My Mk3 turn up yesterday, the Intrepid Len board adapter let you close the camera...
Thanks, exactly what I was after.
Any change of someone posting a photo of the base of a 8x10 Mk3 with a tape measure so I can roughly scale off it. I want to see what size Arca Swiss plate l might put on.
Thanks
Couple of good tips and checks to make, I just ordered a 8x10 Mk3 to replace my 8kg Burke and James 8x10. Intrepid now sell the Linhof to Intrepid adaptor now so got one of them as all my lens are on...
Was there last year in May, expect grey skys. A trip to Hampstead Heath is worth it, including Kenwood House. The Highgate cemerty is apparently worth a look to if you like that sort of thing. The...
I have not used it but I remember seeing this a while ago and when I looked into it, it wasn't really a Two bath process. What I think he is selling is first developer and bleach as the two baths....
I was there last year and it was one fire... Out of curiosity what lens/format did you use to get that image (for next time...)
In theory your using the 8x10 area so you just need to lay straight on glass and use the Epson plastic edge mask/guide. The cut out is needed to allow the machine to set colour balance.
Pyro type developers have a stain which blocks UV.
This test by Australian photography David Tatnall may help.

When we visited in Aug 17 we drove down to Muir Beach and then back out via the Muir Redwoods, I could not believe how many people were there, carpark was full and cars all down the road. We had no...
Going to be great to see this work on the wall as opposed to online. I missed Tim Rudman at both venues due to bad timing and stuff. Hopefully this won't happen again with this exhibition.
I still like the simple Unicolor drum which takes 4 sheets
Pity, wrong end of the month for me.
These are stunning Mark.
Great to see you got the vignetting sorted out.
As for references, don't forget the "Mr Pinhole site" http://www.mrpinhole.com and the wonderful Pinhole designer program (windows only)...
Is the fan running, maybe their over heating?
Nice set John
Then how do you pour the chemicals in....
Do you have any idea how long the pre flash lasts?
Burnt Snowgum and Wallace Hut. 5x7 pinhole 80mm. No preflash

Andrew, I was doing that but have gone back to traditional gold toned pre fixing. I found I got much nicer deep browns/black over putting gold in the sensitiser.
Hot press, or cheaper option between some heavy books for a week.
looks stunning
Just read it, great article within a great little zine. Pity the yahoo link is dead....
Im not sure what the insides of these cameras are like but you may want to use black telescope flock instead of matt black paint to reduce light bouncing around.
Never been a issue for me.
Wont the bellow pleats be determined by the internal frame size and the actual opening all the light goes through?
I don't think you get to determine the pleat width, once you set your inner and...
Really, i find the Bergger Cot320 to have a real mechanical pattern on the front. The Hahn Rag is much nicer.
Yes Au (Gold) not Ag...
We may of crossed paths, taken on May 7th 2016 on Pentax 67. Scanned and digital negative to a 8x10 Kallitype. Bergger Cot320, Ag toned.

Try vinegar and / or ammonia for cleaning the brass. Let it soak a while first then scrub with steel wool.
Beautiful image , reminds me of the burnt snow gums in the Victorian high plains.
Sound a good deal. See if I can come up with a suitable image.
I would like to be involved too, Kallitype from LF or DN. Ill be in San Fran early May so perhaps I can do a hand exchange.
Not just my childhood.....
Hunt eBay for 1/4 thumb screws, you will loose the capture mechanism but it will get you going.
Or if you go to Bunnings and head to the cabinet section where you get the short cabinet legs to...
Ill put a photo up tomorrow Alex, to confirm your looking at the nut which captures the camera mounting screw?
The mechanical mesh pattern is the "right" side. But you can print either side depending on your thoughts.
On Sandys web site it states 8.5 min in rotary tubes/tanks for 1:!1:100 & pre wash.
