Thanks for that. A Ronar is pretty handy for messy backgrounds, it draws out of focus areas much better than a plasmat.

Very useful information--"busy" backgrounds are pretty much a given in my local "temperate rainforest" here in the Southern Appalachian's.

Scanned with Epson V850 as linear raw tiff, converted with Colorperfect and processed in Photoshop. This is the sharpened version. The unsharpened version looks like it was sharpened.
