Gary - Thats a ripper mate. I've just been getting a few of my images drum scanned prior to exhibition next year, as you say the difference is amazing. I've done 47~50" prints from my Microtek i900 scanner that I though were pretty special, but seeing the difference from the drum scans (not only sharpness, but range and tonality also) makes me wish I could drum scan every image I've got.

Thanks Alex, Getting the 7 images in a series drum scanned was a good move , It was like a veil was lifted off the shadow detail ,rekindled my interest in colour film photography and i ordered a bit of Velvia 100 only yesterday , Thanks once again. regards Gary
