    6 of 6 images

This is a first for me, I'm posting 6 images out of 6 taken last week-end, the location is: Ile-aux-Coudres, Quebec, Canada. There are some color images (C-41), not yet developed.

My wife was sleeping or reading in the van while I took these, so I was somewhat time-constrained. Mosquito-constrained is perhaps a better descriptor.

I've been lurking around for a while, thought I'd finally contribute something. Here is some one taking a quite high jump (maybe 50ft down) in to Tamolitch Pool in Oregon.

Re: What did you compose at Water’s Edge?

I revisited Venford Dam on Dartmoor again yesterday to try to take the image I had originally planned.

A couple of things, this was my first image with my very recently purchased Canham MQC 5x7 and I also wanted to see how much vignetting I would get with the use of my 75mm f5.6 Super Angulon on the 5x7. Schneider give the image circle as 198mm @ f22 where the recommended minimum for 5x7 is purportedly 212mm, although I did use f32 to tweak the last bit of coverage available out of this lens and was pleased to discover that only the very outer corners were affected and then not by much. I suspect had I thought to use my IIIb centre filter the results would have been even better.

75mm is very wide on 5x7

Film is Adox 25 developed in my first ever batch of Pyrocat HD (looks like I made it up okay).

As for at the waters edge, any closer and I would have had wet feet.

Vendors base their IC specs on image quality, not on vignetting.

If you believe you can, or you believe you can't... you're right.

Nice Shot Ed !! The 75mm seemed to do a good job.
