    Arista and PMK

I recently purchased a box of Arista 100 4x5 film. Does anyone have experience developing this film in PMK? Any advice on times, temperature, agitation? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

you haven't said what time of developing you do: tanks/hangers, trays, mod 54, jobo, btzs. or how you plan to print them. here's a link to your answer:

Sorry for the scant information. The negatives will be tray developed. I will be contact printing the negatives in platinum/palladium.

My experience was that this film develops relatively quickly. I was down around 6 min in
PMK tray at 68F. But that was standardized for VC papers, and you might want greater
    density for Pt/Pd.

I forgot to mention that this time was for EU (Foma) mfg film. Arista branded film has come
from more than one source over the years, and some alleged ASA variation might have
been present batch to batch, even from the same mfg. I haven't tested any of this for
    awhile.

    Re: Arista and PMK

I found this film to develop weak in the PMK but excellent in pyrocat-hd, perhaps because PMK loses a little film speed and this film is not really box speed anyways. I didn't do much testing to figure out with PMK, though I should.
