I went down to the recycling place today....

These I did outside and the sun wanted to blow me out of the water! Camera left was an unbrella as a giant shade and camera right was a strobe pretty damn close to the subject in a shoot through umbrella. I used the shoot through to avoid a giant shadow on the wall.

One nice thing about the 810 and a couple of strobes/stands/umbrellas outside in a bad neighborhood is that it really does not matter if you know what you are doing cuz it is an attention getter either way !
