Chamonix 45N-1 Shipment Date

Hi everyone,

I have just been off the phone with the factory and here is the news: they will finish the production of the current batch of Chamonix 45N-1 camera on December 15th and will ship out the orders on the 17th by EMS.

Everyone on my waiting list will get payment instructions in the next 48 hours in his/her email box.

Thanks for the update Hugo. I will also need 2 lens mounts. One for a Copal 0 and one for a Copal 1. Unless I can use the ones I have for a Zone VI camera. Or should I just make my own?

Doesn't the camera use Linhof/Wista type boards?

Alan,

The 45N-1 takes Technika size lensboard. It's almost impossible for the factory to make the lensboards to ship with your order due to the limited time they have. Hopefully next year they will make some parts for this popular model.

You said the shipment will use EMS. Is it a cargo moving company?
Will it deliver directly to the address, or will the cargo need to be picked up at EMS office?

Can you share more info about the shipment?
