He had in the corner of his studio, and it appears that he never set it up. Here are pictures from his Craigslist add. Man you gotta love craigslist, sometimes. Miss quoted the lens' Schneider Componon 5.6/300mm,
Schneider Componon 5.6/210mm, and a Rodenstock 9/360mm. All for $400 bucks!:0

University of North Texas. And it's only the graduate students, if I am not mistaken.
A few years ago, a photography instructor at UNT was selling what I would guess is this same enlarger, but without any lenses. I was put in touch with him by a mutual acquaintance and went up there to buy it. However, when I saw how huge it was, I changed my mind. I just could not see getting that beast up the stairs and around a tight corner into my second floor darkroom.
(I don't know for sure, of course, but am guessing the instructor ended up selling it to this grad student. Otherwise, what are the odds of that coincidence?)
I, too, saw this ad, an corresponded with the student; but again, didn't pull the trigger. Paul, however, shoots 8x10 (I do not) and I am thrilled that he go it!
It is fairly small - 100 square feet and I think I am using almost all of it. Enlarger is a Beseler VXL with a Beseler 8x10 head on a Fotar stand with a drop table. Sink is a little small, if I could design it again I would have more sink and less countertop. Light table is from an old print shop and the center island is made from a Sears tool cart and workbench.
I thought that this might fit in. A good friend from Reno, Nolan Preece has just finished part one of a book on photographers and their darkroom. You can find it at Blurb.com.
The title is 'In From the Light' it was fun being part of the project.
