Broken Metal Plate Inside Sinar F1/F2

Anyone has seen this: the metal plate that pushes the plastic clamp to the rails inside both standards? How can the metal plates be broken like this? They are not plastic.

Can you order the parts, or the standards have to be sent in for service? The camera itself is in great shape.
