    R2400 Tone Problem

I made a very warm tone print, using custom settings in ABW mode. I then made another print in ABW Warm mode, and the tone was stuck at the custom setting. I tried several times w/o success. I tried restarting the printer and computer, tried printing another file, all to no avail. Any ideas? I have a show coming up, and need to get these prints done soon. Thanks for your help!

    Re: R2400 Tone Problem

Bruce, I have two of the R2400 printers but I don't use the Epson ink management. I use QTR on the printer that I use for black and white. Sorry that I can't help you with the Epson software issues.

QTR, if you haven't tried it, does provide a better platform (in my opinion). You can download and try it for free if you wish.
