I've used agfa rapid 118 double matte for many years....it sepia toned well and had the perfect surface for oil or pencil tinting.....now I'm searching for a replacement.......any ideas?

Freestyle's clearance section has "Europe's Finest" RC graded semi matte that might be worth trying out.
I steal time at 1/125th of a second, so I don't consider my photography to be Fine Art as much as it is petty larceny.
