Last year friends of mine from Florida, who came to Belgium brought for me 3 boxes of Rollei IR 4x5 because I could not find the here.
When inspecting the boxes there was a label saying: ‘Made in...
Thank you for the response and the kind review, I have used 510-pyro with Amonium something :-)
I do now a lot of Zebra dryplates also and with quite good results, been thinking about using the...
This is my first Tinplate, happy with it.
But I have lost a lot of detail in the shadows, I also made a Ortho 80 and there my exposure is good.
The Zebra Tinplates has a ISO of 2, is this behaviour...
I like them all newtorf. There gorgeous
As I’m using Rollei IR now more and more, I did some test with different developers and for me HC-110 : 8:45 seems to be the best.
For now 510-pyro i’m using this for Zebra-dryplates and...
Mark, Not always true. Two weeks ago I exposed also several sheets of Rollei IR. Two with an IR filter, and they came out completely clear.
Except when checking the notch’s on the film it was not...
Thanks Mick,
My two most worries where the cable release and the aperture lever, the penseel is a good tip.
I think I go with the Intrepid board.
I have a Chamonix 045F-2 and a Shen Hao 6x17 back.
For my 150mm it’s no problem, but with the Schneider 90mm f/5.6 Super-Angulon it really difficult to get everything sharp.
Even when I move the...
Thank you, quite useful.
We are leaving next week on another holliday, so when we are back I’ll make work of it.
It’s now a lot of fun, before lot off stress.
Now it’s time to buy one or two extra holders and a box(es) for storage.
Vaughn, nice view.
And yes the old slate mines. Saw a lot of images of those.

From +/- end of July until the second week of August.
Taking my FujiFilm gw645 and/or Fujifilm 6x9 - Bronica with me.
What...
Allan,
Some feedback: I found some 510-pyro and at first look, two new developments looks great.
When I go on vacation, I always (try) take the Fujifilm GA645Zi and the GW690III with me. Both compact and the 645 is perfect for city images.
Alan, Yes they are Zebra Dry plates. it’s much cheaper to by them here in Europe and supporting a young enterpreneur who is still in old techniecs.
HC-110 is advised by him so that’s why I used it....
So I’m new with dry plates.
I’m having a lot of problems with my dry plate development.
My first try the images where underexposed, but that was my own fault, exposed at iso 6 instead of 2.
So...
Crown + Flint is an app for recording your settings in the field, i’m using this and am quite happy with this.
It does a lot, so take a look at:

It’s quite impressive what you have done. When I bought the camera, I thought well I just replace a screw.
Again thank you
Indeed, the last few months I have send my Bronica off for some CLA, now the Kalloflex. And my Polaroid SX-70 will be next.
Not sure what to do with the Fuji GW645Zi to mutch electronics, but it’s a...

I think I might found the problem, it seems that there is some gap where the sliders go in.
That the image is underexposed and the hood is visible is my fault. I was in a rush and find not take the time to check everything.
This is a Zebra dryplates and the holder for the SP-445 are from...

At last the rain has stopped after weeks.
Bronica SQ-A - Ferrania Ortho 50 - Yellow filter
For this trip, it was a lab. Normally I do my own development
For B&W I use photoshop or something else. I found Negativelab a bit of overkill.
Color, both are good but Photoshop is a lot of more work.

Contax T and Fomo Classic 100
I just found a 4x5 exposed film from 2021 Kodak E100 one sheet in my refrigerator.
Somehow it got hidden below other film. Is there any change that i can develop this, with good results.
I don’t...
You have the reciprocity timer app/website
But people still needs to move a bit around, or you have ‘ghosts’
Great, going to contact you.
also I find this more practical when unloading the film and placing them in the development tank. You know and feel where the notches are and don’t touch the film extra.

How about this one ?
I have seen this also, but only on my smart phone.
Probably an option for using an app, for beter viewing
Well it made me think, and thanks to your thread I now have a lighter bag and can do more miles to take an image.
I also have Silverfast and I scan my negatives as ‘positives’.
For B&W just open them in Photoshop, invert the curve. Set the black and white point, and then some contrast.
Quick and easy, and...
I think this is the most important piece of this conversation !
Not all people are native English and putting something on email or this forums is much difficult then face tot face and pointing out...
