Boy, I can't understand it. Mine seems stuck at the JFK sorting center for the past two days..... Reading how other's cameras have advanced through to their doorstep has me tapping my fingers in anticipation.

Mine's in Baton Rouge, on it's last leg home! I'm flying home to Louisiana for Christmas, had it sent there :-)

As far as I can tell, mine is sitting with Robert's in San Fran.
At least my Canham showed up today.
Wow. It's really beautiful--well finished and well engineered. I can't believe how light it is and how compact when you fold it up.

well, i arrived home from work just now, and there is a delivery notice on my front door... Im not expecting anything else (although that doesn't mean its a surprise christmas parcel)
Called the post office, they figure it might be there in the next few hours. I'll post my findings!
Where the frick is my camera !!!!!!!
My sentiments exactly, David. My camera has been sitting in San Francisco for days now. I live in SF, so I'm getting a little frustrated. It would be faster if I went to customs & picked it up myself!
I have had several shipments of cameras and parts from Shanghai China and in each case I had UPS deliver they have agreements with, and take care of customs...brought right to my door...it was worth it.
At this point it is in the hands of USPS. The shipment cleared customs on Dec 18 at 9:39am. So, it's sitting somewhere in San Fran.
I think it's because I live in the wild wild west, and the pony express only comes out here once a month.![]()
