Ben, I'm completely new to Kickstarter. I was first in line for the earlybird special on the 90, but I would also like the 65. When I try to choose the 65, it unchooses my pledge for the 90, and I sure don't want to do that. What do you suggest? If necessary, I'll create a login for my wife, but she doesn't have an Amazon account and it will all be fiction--enough fiction to get me in trouble with Amazon, maybe.

To add to what Rick says, I was also going to do the double, but wasn't sure how it would work, or if it would consolidate the overseas postage (it can't cost $80 to post two of these to the UK, shirley...) so I've had to hang fire on the 65.

Hi guys. We're blown away! Over 10% in just over 3 hours!

We hear you about the 65, so we created a new reward level:
One Travelwide 90 and one Travelwide 65 for $189.

Keep in mind that if you got in at the Early Bird or Super Early Bird level, you'll lose that particular discount. But it's still a good deal! Free shipping in the US, which we won't be able to do with the production version. And if you're outside the US, the new package is cheaper than ordering a 90 and 65 separately from two accounts.

Thanks again everyone! Keep spreading the word!

Okay, so to fund this project you have to pre-sell 750 cameras.

I'm counting about 5-10 90mm Angulons or equivalent on the market between eBay and KEH. I guess most folks already have a lens? Otherwise, 90mm Angulons might be spiking in price real soon...

Yeah, I'm a bit worried about the market for Angulons. Hopefully if they start to go for $250 or more, people will start digging them out of their closets and selling them. I have a feeling there are a ton out there that are just sitting in drawers.

Well, there are also Optars, and probably some other press-camera 90's, and I think we've established that you can fit a 90/8 or 90/6.8 SA, Grandagon, etc., albeit at some cost to the elegance of the design. And some of the load can be carried by the 65's.

Just need to convince everybody who has one of the usable lenses that they need one of these as an inexpensive, fun accessory.

Probably need to promote this heavily to the pinholers as well - at the price it's a reasonable deal for them too.

EDIT: OK, I see you said "Angulons or equivalent". Anyway, everyone tell all your pinhole friends.

At this point, they need to sell roughly 650 more cameras. That's a lot of cameras--regardless of the price. It might have been a good idea to include a pinhole with the cameras (and pitch that harder). Ilford's Walker pinhole cameras have been selling fairly well at over 2X the price of the Wanderlust.

Yeah that might be what happens.

Just an idle thought. I think you guys nailed it by having the pinhole possibility!

I've been talking to a bunch of photography students today and many were interested (including the digital folks!).

So what exactly are you guys using for the pinhole image on the KS? If that accessory is included, I didn't catch that from your write-up.

How much work and how much time would it take to be able to toss in a couple of pinhole-ish reward options - say pinholes or zone plates pre-mounted on a piece of plastic that will attach easily to the lens opening?

(Question for Ben, of course, not Barry.)
