Thad, really nice cedar grove images. I was looking for something like this on a trip to Portland, OR last fall. Are the cedars in ID or somewhere else?

Chassis, thanks for the compliment, most of the cedar trees that were in Oregon are either on a roof or as furniture somewhere! This spectacular grove is deep in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness in Idaho. There are some small protected groves along highway 12 between Missoula MT and Lewiston ID.

I still haven't figured out how to have the image appear in the post from another site. Oh, wait I finally got it!
