    What a place for a portrait^!

    Not good but this was fun. Hopefully the Portra of the hummingbird looks better. I am also beginning to not like the quality of the scans coming from my 4990.





    Both are on CC-400 with Fujinon 250mm SF. Tmax 4x5.

    What shutter speed was the hummingbird shot at?

    I was thinking about trying that with my speed graphic but the hummingbirds never showed up last year. I don't know what time of year they come by in TX.

    A way too slow 1/125 as its the fastest it can go. I felt like trying though. If you get lucky with the hovering or wait for the bird to perch it could have been sharp.
