I am interested in a Linhof Technika with serial number 79261, with brown coverings. According to seller it is a model IV. Is this true?

Super Technika V from 1964. Should have light gray covering and a lever for front rise. The IV would have had a knob for front rise.

Merci beaucoup Bob, cet appareil appartenait à un reporter de l'Associated Press qui l'a vendu à mon père en 1968 quand il a pris sa retraite.
Many thanks BOB, this device belonged to a press reporter of the Associated Press in paris. He solded it for money to my father (agent for AP in Paris) when he retired.
It is very plaisant for me to understand the story.

Mr. Solomon, A couple of years ago in this thread you gave me the production date of my MT Classic; but now I have also purchased a Technikarden 45S with Serial No. C251440. I have the Linhof factory's warranty card with signatures, but (surprisingly) there appears to be no date anywhere on it. Can you tell me the "born on date" for my TK 45S? Thanks again...
