That serial number is for a 1974/5 Master Technika.

There are no serial number records for cameras made during or before WW II. This is one of those cameras.

Probably. Since you did not indicate a size or model I went through all of the Linhof 23, 45, 57, 810 and special cameras that were made from 1946 to a few years ago and can not find any camera near that number. Again, if the initials RDP are on the camera, usually on the back of the camera by the top housing for the gg, it is pre 1946.
