Sounds like a plan Bill!.. I'm getting early as I want to do some collodion work in the field without too many distractions, and get things dialed in with a new trailer i am going to be building this spring if all goes as planned.

Registrations are now open and being accepted at the www.photostock2013.com website. This year it is a free event, but as in years past, I am offering an optional, paid registration that comes with an original silver gelatin print of mine. It's a great way to get a print at a reduced rate while helping facilitate the event with your payment.
We also be dedicating the new workshop building that is currently under construction with funds raised from many people like you though Kickstarter earlier this year! Come celebrate with us!

We're coming down the home stretch now and I've just sent out a newsletter to all who have registered. If you didn't get it, you must not be on the list yet. If you haven't registered, get in there!

Check it out as there are a lot of photos of the building progress. I am home on a very short, weekend break and then back up again in the morning to hopefully oversee the building's exterior finish. We're a little later than I had hoped, but all is still going well and we should be just about done this week.
PS... Please look at the volunteer request in the letter, particularly if you're good on the barbecue!

I'm so excited and counting down the days to my first trip to Photostock! Can't wait to meet everyone!
I'm trying to avoid driving two cars to the event... girlfriend needs to return Saturday evening... SO, if anyone is heading towards Detroit after the shindig and has room for me (a carry-on size bag and a DSLR camera bag) I'd be a happy camper. I'm in Flint and a easy two minute 'off-on' I69 freeway. Would be happy to contribute to gas costs.
Wow, what a fantastic, amazing, whirlwind of a trip. So incredibly cool to meet all you folks I've only known virtually, in some cases for near on a decade. I'm dropping a bunch of C-41 at the lab today, and I'll be starting on my b/w processing tonight. I'm at a loss for words to encapsulate it all (and you know that's little short of a miracle to find me at a loss for words!).
