    Now that's adorable. And photographing with a large format camera is not something very many kids her age (and especially at this time in history) will ever do!

    Thanks for the comments. The movement you see in shirt hem is from Eduardo vigorously waving a sheet cardboard off-camera. I didn't have a fan, so we made due in order to introduce a bit of movement to the shot. (In addition to the rear tilt to throw the lower part of Kelsey's torso out of focus.)

    This portrait has moved me to post. Sometimes some of our members write that classic works can be boring or derivative and point to the new that must be different to be of value. For me each and every portrait is an entirely different picture. Also for me, this one is a remarable achievement; a stunning portrait!
