I agree that you don't need too many. I got by for years with a 115mm. Then I got a 90, 135, 210 kit that lasted me another 6 or so years.

But now I carry 6; 90, 120, 150, 210, 300, 450. I find uses for them all, but could probably drop the 90 and not notice....but I'm sure I would miss it once I did.

I have thought about adding a 180 to really round it out, but that may be excessive. Especially because I'm focusing on 8x10, and really only shoot 4x5 when traveling.

Three: 90 , 150 and 210. I do have access to a 120 and a Turner Reich convertible as well but the bag is full with the three.

Two when going light: 90mm Angulon and 203mm Ektar (both are very light weight)
Three otherwise: 90mm Angulon, 150 Fuji, 240 Fuji

It depends on the circumstances. I have four lenses 75 mm, 90 mm, 150 mm, and 300 mm. I usually carry at least the 90 mm and the 150 mm. If necessary, I will take one or both of the others.

    80, 110, 180, 300

All four are always carried. In order of usage frequency, it would be 180, 110, 300, 80.

    I own 6 lenses so I either carry 3 or 5.

    If three, it is 90, 150, 240..

    I mostly carry five, 65, 90, 135, 180 and 240.

    Six

    125, 150, 240, 300, 450 and an old Verito 8-3/4".

If I am going somewhere I think I will use it, I toss in an 80, but that is very, very rare. I don't see in wide angle. I mostly use the 240, 300 and 450.
