    I also took this primarily because of the textures. I like the way the soft grasses flow over the rough stones.

    Stradibarrius, I really like the hosta leaves. The statuary doesn't work for me as it is, too much light on the left side. The most interesting part is the hand and the wreath. You could try cropping severely. One of the things I had to work on in LF was composing to the edge of the ground glass. I'm better in 4x5 than I used to be, but still find myself frequently cropping my 8x10 negs for tighter composition.

    Yes I've always been a bug fan of host a leaves. They have that great look and feel that makes you want to touch them...

    Stone and mortar texture...........I repost this only because I have been getting better at my scanning skills and this is simply a much better scan of the original print, besides, I was the last post in this thread anyway.
