Linhof Filter factors/equivalents

Does anyone know if there is a table of nominal filter factors or Wratten or other equivalents for older Linhof slip-in filters with designations like "Yellow 1," "Green 1," "Red 2," etc.? I know I can and should test them with the films I actually use, but I'm still curious as to what the official figures are.
