Mystery lens Cameragraph

I just bought a lot of 3 lenses. I now what 2 of them are, but this one I don't, and Google isn't playing nice.

The barrel says Cameragraph of Kansas City Mo

All I could find was a bit of info on the company itself, looks like they formed in 1912, and dissolved by the early 20's...

Well, I'll have to rig up a board and try it. See what it does. Judging by the rest of the lot it should work...
