    Considering the time and handling to create a book like this, it feels like the kind of project in which economy plays a lesser role, and has been pointed out the ink may be the least of your cost concerns. Many are now doing personally printed and custom bound limited edition books this way.. my friend Lauren is making beautiful books-

    Moab Entrada Natural Rag 190 gsm is a fine paper for black and white handmade books and printable on both sides.
