I have a color head.

Im sending it to an electrician for checking. Hope all goes well.

It is vignetting with the color head? Are you using the 4x5 mixing box (D-D)? Does the diffuser plate at the bottom illuminate evenly?

I use the medium format one. Just cleaned the diffuser plate. Maybe the lining needs replacement...

Can't do anything now since both chromegatrols don't work.

I stopped using 50mm lenses for 35mm enlarging due to edge issues. I now use Apo 80, and 90's for all 35mm work with drop tables.
I have a bunch of 50 mm apo's and regulars that sit in a drawer now , never to be used.
Maybe retro fit them on a holga or something like that.

Most of the prints on flickr with thetags 'omega d5' has some vignette..

I dont quite mind the vignette now. But it's a major turnoff not being able to print.

I flick the FOCUS/PRINT switch quite a number of times. Maybe this caused the electronics to become erratic. I do test prints on small 2x2 papers, and expose 5 in successions.. Too much for the chromegatrol to handle?
