I always use 160 as well. 320 gives me empty shadows.

Bruce Barnbaum also shoots Tri-X 320 @160. He says he sometimes shoots HP5 at 300...
200 is my minimum for shadow detail with HC-110B in trays.

I found that 200 gives me a good Zone I (0.10 above B+F) in XTOL 1+1.
For years I shot it at 250 with 120 roll film. I have shot it at 250 for the past year, which has been my first with 4x5. I think I will change to 200 for a while to see if the difference is noticeable.
I shoot TXP @ 320 -- there's an example in the July Portraits thread -- but I shoot with controlled lighting for portraits, and I think that plays to the film's strengths.
