    Space requirements for 24" printer?

How much space is the minimum to operate a 24" printer, specifically an Epson 7900 or 7890? Can anybody throw around something like x by x feet to change cartridges, fix jams, load it, etc, etc?

If one's manoeuvring one through door frames and down halls what kind of space does one need to make it around a corner?

Just looking at the specs, it's 54" wide by 26" deep. I'd add a minimum of 24" to the width and 36" to the depth for operating space to allow for changing paper rolls. Also bear in mind the weight of the thing- it's 245 lbs! Better not to move it unless you have to, and do it with help - if for some reason it would tip over, you'd have a hard time putting it upright on your own.

Yeah I'm aware the 24" printers need 4 strong lads to manoeuvre into position and get it on the stand. I'm trying to determine if I can get it through the house to it's final resting place and if that resting place will provide adequate space for it.

    Hello,
I just purchased the Epson 7890, it come in a HUGE box on a wooden pallet, once you build the stand and have about 3 friends hoist it on the stand, it rolls around with no problem, and can me moved out of the way when not being used.
