    Paper comparable to Ilford Fiber

I like Ilford Gold Fiber for b&w and color, but its kinda pricey for me. Have tried a few other nice papers but they exhibit some metamerism when viewed at a slight angle. The Gold did not do that. Anyway, hoping someone familier with Ilford Gold may have expereience with other similar papers that are a little less pricey and do not have the metamerism problems. I use an Epson 3800 btw.

I've tried every baryta fiber paper made by Hahnemuhle, Epson, Canson, and Ilford. Gold Fiber silk is the cheapest of them all, and second best in image quality to Harman Gloss FB in my opinion.
