SilverFast 6 and Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6)

Hey everyone, just a heads up:

I went to scan something on my V700 yesterday in SilverFast 6, and the program kept crashing when I clicked the scan button.

Today I went to the SilverFast site and saw this:

SilverFast 6.6 - Attention Mac OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard) users:

The latest Security Update released on February 1st, 2012 for Mac OS 10.6 leads to an error when clicking the SCAN button in SilverFast 6.6. causing the software to quit.
Meanwhile, apple has released a silent update that fixes this error.

And rechecking my software updates, there is indeed a new security update for my system. I am going to download and test it now to see if it does fix the problem.

UPDATE: Yes! The new software update fixed the problem, and my V700 now scans as it should.
