Better Scanning

I just got a Better Scanning holder for the Epson, I am guessing I have over looked something obvious but at this point I have stared at it so long I can't see anymore.

Do any of the Better Scanner users know where I have gone wrong?

You need to place the holder on the glass in the correct orientation, or the scanner doesn't know what it's doing.

Allen, please us know this works out. I'll be borrowing a 4990 and buying a holder from Better Scanning.
