Um, I don't know if this will be helpful to anyone, but... 8x10 expired tungsten film. Ran out of lens coverage, swung lens, tilted lens. Only the centre should be in sharp focus. I guess this can be done in software now but, whatever.

Moonrise of a lunar eclipse, cropped from scanned 4x5 film exposed at 2 minute intervals in a Burke & James flatbed and (probably) a 203mm Ektar f/7.7 outfit that cost $200 in the 1970s. A higher quality image could be composited from multiple exposures in smaller or digital cameras, but without the honesty of capture on a single sheet of film.

Jim, even though I'm a newbie, I would like to try this. How did you do this?
