    Nikon 120mmSW

    I have just bought my second lens for my 8x10, a 120mm SW Nikon. Will I need to get a UV centre filter or can I use a front filter on this?

    Fliter will influence effect of the lens.

    Shoot with it and see.
    I don't use filters on my SA 121mm with 8x10, and I like the look.

    I use 4x4 filters. I believe that the front thread is 82mm.
