Pre-war Linhof 9 x 12 accessories

I have a 9 x 12 cm Linhof (pre-war) I have read that 4 x 5 backs are the same si ze. Perhaps on newer models--i have a polaroid and a 120 roll holder (Graflex) a nd both are much bigger than the 9 x 12. Where can I get film holders (quickload ers) etc. Or should i somehow adopt the back to some 4 x 5 system? BTW i don't c are about using th finder use ability. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciat ed.

9x12 cm and 4x5" are not the same size and do not accept the same film backs and accessories.

How do you know that you have a Linhof Medzin rather then a Technika III or later. What is the serial number of the camera body?
