    Thank you everyone.

Fleur is in fact something of a leading light in the UK vintage scene.

    She has a blog here

I'm more a reader than contributor here, but every now and then I get excited to show something.

From earlier this week. More from that session on my flickr.

This from just a few hours ago! Love the turnaround time developing at home.

Both taken with my Speed Graphic and a 240 Apo-Ronar, wide or nearly wide open. First one is cross-processed EPP, second is 400NC. Flare is either a light leak or one of the weird effects that came from using open flash that mistakenly registered the ambient too.

It does a little bit but not quite as bad as the polaroid films I've used use to. Usually just on the very edges of the rollers where a little bit of chemicals squeeze out the sides.

This is Chuck, working leather at Pioneer Village, Spring Mill State Park, Indiana. TMax 400 developed in 1+4 DD-X, 5min 46sec. 150mm Rodenstock Sironar N, wide open at f5.6. Natural light from two windows on either side of Chuck and an open door behind me.

I really lucked out here. I never shoot people. I had one possible placement for the tripod slightly tucked behind a door so as not to interfere with the people coming and going, so the composition was almost forced if I wanted an environmental portrait. There were three people about two feet to the right talking with Chuck as he worked. The focus was set almost a full minute before I snapped the shutter. Luck, luck, luck!
