For demonstration, I left off the first and last [, ] (brackets) around the image string. Note where I took this from on your second attempt to post the image. When I add the missing brackets it embeds your image...

To my eyes I don't consider Frank's lighting harsh at all. Dramatic but not harsh. Of course I am a big fan of George Hurrell and the old Hollywood style portraits.

I'm also a big fan of Frank Petronio. Nice work Frank!
