Your choices will be limited by the length of your bellows. Basically, any lens is able to reach 1:1, you just need to move it far enough from the film. Long lenses need a whole lot of bellows extension.
Of course, not all lenses are corrected for macro use. You might want to look at process or enlarging lenses. Apo-Ronar, Apo-Germinar, G-Claron, Rodagon, Componon, just to name few choices.
What range of local length are you looking for? What effect are you trying to achieve? Wide angle? Compressed tele view?

Just about any 150 designed for movements on 4x5 should be suitable unless you are doing flat-field work or want a narrow angle of view.
For anything really close you need a real macro lens. I use a Rodenstock Apo Macro 120 on 4X5 and 8X10. I can get really close with the 600mm bellows on my 8X10. The lens will work on 8X10 if you are close enough to require a long bellows extension.
Don't overlook the Nikkor 210mm F5.6 AM. I recall one on Ebay recently.
In the 1:3 to 3:1 range, most 150mm process lenses work very well, and are rather inexpensive. The Konica GRII and Eskofot Ultragon would be excellent choices.
