Recommend a quality framing service - East Coast?

Please can anyone recommend a good quality framing service somewhere on the East Coast?

I want to give a photograph as a wedding present for some friends of mine who are about to tie the knot in July. I'm making a 16x20 black and white print on fiber based paper that I will selenium tone.

I want to present the photograph for them professionally framed, with the print mounted onto a suitable substrate before going into the frame.

When I was living in London I used Bliss in Farringdon for framing. They were pretty expesnive but excellent quality and had plenty of experience working with different traditional photographic papers.

Anyone know of an equivalent service somewhere here on the East Coast?

The east coast covers a lot of ground. If you share your location (or put it in your profile), you may get a response with something more geographically desirable.
I can recommend Music Row Picture Framing in Hermitage, TN. Whether you're in NY, DC or FL, I'm sure there are closer competent options available.

It feels that way the last few days given the temperature. But seriously... can anyone recommend me a good framer in DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia or NY who regularly works with photographs? There are a couple of framing shops in Georgetown here but they seem amazingly expesnive (and a bit snooty) without the assurance that they really have much experience mounting and framing photographic papers.

    I know Boston:

Last time I was in there (3 years ago, maybe) they were framing some gigantic Albelardo Morrell prints. Also have a DIY thing in the back. Totally good.

    Also another great one:

My friend used to work there, totally legit.
