Zone VI replacement grid for Beseler 4x5

Unfortunately the grid of the ZoneVI cold light arrived broken. It is the model with the Beseler45 collar, the lamp was a W45.

Is this Aristo product will fit?
Aristo D2-HI Replacement Lamp for Aristo D2 and D2-HI Series cold light head
    Part numbers: •M2-46-510: Aristo D2-HI-LO-V54

Anyone have a approximative price for it?

    Or from Calumet?

    Thanks for the info.

Yes, that's it. The V54 is a newer phosphor, easier to print on variable contrast paper than the W45 as it gives more evenly spaced contrast grades. Contact louise.kessler@voltarc.com about it. They did a run of these late last year, perhaps they made some extras for stock. It was around US$200 delivered, but be warned, they only ship by UPS so you might have to pay customs brokerage fees unless you have a US shipping address.

The price of that lamp from last year's manufacturing run was $165 each plus shipping, so ~$200 delivered sounds correct. While that may sound expensive, the lamp grids are - and apparently must be - entirely handmade. Louise has stated that they have no automated machine tooling capable of turning such tight, complex tube patterns, so they are each turned manually.

I also believe that LCD/Voltarc/Aristo now manufactures each replacement grid on an individual order basis, and does not maintain stock since the market for these items is so small.

Restarting production of these discontinued replacement lamps for long out-of-business Aristo has been a bit of a one-person crusade for Louise...
