Jobo, LPL, Omega, Novatron, Technical support.

Those folks who I have helped on the forum I wanted to inform that as of this past week I am no longer answering emails and phone calls through Omega Brandess. My work hours have been cut back there to two days a week. The decision was made that my duties no longer incorporate customer support with technical issues. Two other people will be handling any related calls or emails but, those peoples specific jobs are adjacent to technical support for these products. I can still answer questions here as they come up and people are more than welcome to PM me as needed. All Novatron questions should be directed to Omega Brandess and not sent to me as a PM.

In some ways I view this as a personally positive step towards having additional time to market and promote my photographic business in the local geographic region, etc.

ok i have a question, i have the red bit of plastic tub that sits under the tanks, missing from the jobo.

can you use the jobo with out that red bit of plastic tub.

i have the bit that holds the containers, which seems feeble as it clearly locks into the other bit.

    are these red tubs available?

You can "bombard away" however without correct info your question will go unanswered! Like in this case, a photo of what you have will help clarify whst you are refering.

Greg, thanks for staying available to us on the Jobo's. You have helped me on several occasions with my Jobo problems, just yesterday with my new atl even.

Your positive attitude will serve you well, even though things are tough there is opportunity everywhere. I am a great believer in one door closing and another one opening, it has been true in my life.

This forum is an amazing resource, because of people like yourself who are willing to share your knowledge. I try to give back to the forum whenever I can but more often than not I am seeking knowledge as opposed to sharing it.

Now go kick ass on that new project.
