New to 8x10, so I just started playing with paper negatives while I wait for some film to arrive. Don't have a real 8x10 lens either, but I've found that my 210mm Symmar almost works...

Has anyone tried sunprint paper as a paper negative? If so, What iso is this paper rated?
First attempt at 8x10 paper negative: cloudy, Slavich #2 , Wollensak Apo Raptar 10 1/4", 4 sec @f/22 (initial guess: ISO 6, but maybe 2 stops underexposed?). D-76 1:4, 30 min:
Robert, do you really develop paper in D76 for half an hour?
I'm so impressed with all the talent. Thanks for sharing and most of all to Gandolfi for his amazing portraits. This is inspiring.

d76? i always use dektol, i guess d76 works too hmmm, i use dektol 1:2, takes around 45 sec. to a minute
"WOW! Now thats a big camera. By the way, how many megapixels is that thing?"
a recent one from a 3a post card camera i use
Man, it took for frickin' ever for an image to show! After about 20 minutes I left the room for dinner. Eventually I got a semi usable image, but it's possible that the paper is approaching end of life and doesn't work anymore. I'm going to try again with newer paper (and Dektol to pick up the pace) and see what happens.
