    Shot last Sunday with an old east german 13x18Globica Large Format Camera
    Lens Zeiss 250/4.5
    1sec f5.6 ISO 100
    Film: Shanghai 100 5x7" in D76 1+1 for 12 minutes at 20°C (Jobo rotary processing)
    I have only glass plate holders to this camera & I use honey to atach film to glass

    One of my first 8x10 images. I got lucky as I still haven't had the time to buy a darkcloth or tripod (used a sports coat and set the camera on a counter).

    Deardorff 8x10, scan from contact print.

    How long you take to keep those subjects still with large format? I feel to focus until loading the film in holder and take the shot the subject will not be there waiting, mostly that dog.

    har har har. normally i hate pet photos....but this one i love. great shot.

    no need for a dark cloth but a tripod you may find helpful....
