I am no expert on who censors who on the internet, but in this instance it is not an internet censorship thing. The production/ disribution company
    http://www.filmstransit.com/index.ph...k=detail&id=28
is the agent for the release of the movie. The Canadian government funded it, which may be why it is available in Canada.
The reason it is not available elsewhere, of course, is copyright and money.
I see that American Public Television has bought rights to Aug 31 2013.
Who sees this is a marketing decision by Filmtransit company, notwithstanding Yankee Imperialism(insert extremely ironic smiley).
ps KARSCH (sic) is a capital management group out of New York. (Be funny if they did own Filmtransit)
pps that's Yousuf Karsh, although there is considerable room for error in his first name. It seems even Yousuf has got it wrong in his back from the grave blog

GUS have you read the whole thread? I know it is in Canada online and available to view, However NOT for Americans. You think I would of posted this and wrote letters to Duke university if I could watch it in the internet.
