Why do you suppose Nikon does not have web based information on their large format Nikkor lenses? Can't find anything.

Nikon stopped making any LF lenses several years ago, so I am sure they see no need for any information on their site. Having said this, they are excellent lenses, I use a couple. I also use one of their enlarging lenses, very nice. They can be found used easily.
I think they are out of the LF lens business, but they made some fine lenses. My favorite for 8x10 is their 120sw. Stock of new lenses are still available and the prices are reasonable to cheap.
This forum is a better source for info on lenses than most manufacturers sites anyway.

You could try the LF Home page, here for new

I never looked at Nikon lens specs online, but you could look in the wayback machine.

Nikon Europe listed their discontinued lenses. They have their LF lenses there.

I never found anyone in the Nikon USA offices that knew what a LF lens was and that Nikon made them. And that was back before Nikon stopped making them.

Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you do criticize them you'll be
a mile away and you'll have their shoes.
Nikon Japan still maintains a very useful archive of specifications for the LF lenses, among other discontinued products:

Chuck,
Congratulations. You made a wise choice.
You can find lens comparison info. on the LF home page (click on the blue bar above and scroll down).
A while ago, I downloaded and printed out a detailed catalogue of the complete Nikon/Nikkor lens selection from the internet.
However, I just looked and there is no indication of the website that I downloaded from anywhere in the catalogue.
What do you need to know?
Gem,
I can't say anything in particular right now, but I may have some questions when comes to mounting it when the lens arrives and my lensboard arrives. I'm aware of all the specs----I was just wanting to check out Nikon's page, but there simply isn't one as I've learned.
