What are the best art and photography blogs?

All that I ask is that we exclude sites that are primarily about the gear/shopping experience...

Also note that I say "art and photography" just to stress the inclusion of the non-photograpjhy arts--not to irk someone who wonders why I imply that photography is not an art!
