No, not an RR, it is the front doublet from a small 60mm fast (f2 - 31mm glass) petzval - barely covers 2" as a petzval, but works well on 4x5 as a meniscus...F8 as a meniscus...

These pictures, Gandolfi, use exceptional inner guides from your brain as you build the image. They're not the result of the camera or lens MFR, far from it, but images seen in the Cathedral of your mind.

The first is ethereal, other-worldly. It speaks to me of something transcendent in Woman, and of something hidden and mysterious in this particular woman. The expression on her face strikes me with the same emotion I feel when I look at the Mona Lisa's face. She's confident and relaxed: she isn't on display, she just is. I like that, quite a bit: it's very powerful.

The second isn't so satisfying to me; the heavy black scratching above and below her figure have become the focal point for me. They intrude artificially and I almost don't notice the woman's figure.

Outstanding work though, as usual.
