    a true tilt axis

If one were to design a camera with a true tilt & swing axis, without having to refocus when tilt & swing adjustments are made. 1.Is it the frozen side of the ground glass on the rear frame? 2.And where is it on the front frame?

    1. Yes.

    2. The rear nodal point of the lens. The position of this in relation to the front frame will depend on the lens in use.
