When I was 16 I thought my father the stupidest man in the world; when I reached 21, I was astounded by how much he had learned in just 5 years!

Hey! He's using a Hasselblad! The horror of roll film! Oh, the horror! The horror!
Very lovely video and pictures. I liked it.

love the video
it really captures the feeling of what landscape photography is about...
Kinda the antithesis of large-format technique, but his work is always interesting in its
own right, and thanks for pointing this out.
Enjoyed the video, Thanks for the link.
I have 5 of his books and his Hokkaido book has to be one of the nicest printed books I've seen. I have always liked his style and subject matter. There seems to be a number of photographers in this general style (at least that is how I see it) and I have found all their work interesting - Bill Schwab (looking forward to a copy of his book which has been reprinted), Rolfe Horn, Michael Levin to name few. I did Hokkaido with an 8x10, same weather conditions.
